Suravitasan's formula has 25 ingredients that contain 360 mg of plant extracts, 206 mg of B vitamins and 100 mg of theanine per capsule, making it a very concentrated and complete formula.

Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and B1, B3, folate, and B12 help maintain normal psychological function. Additionally, vitamin B5 contributes to normal intellectual performance.
