These General Conditions regulate the visit/browsing and the purchase and sale operations carried out in the online store, between any individual who uses it for purely personal purposes, as an end consumer, without the intention of reselling the items purchased there, and NATURE HEALS as responsible for the marketing of its products through this online store.
The User undertakes to use this website in compliance with the provisions of applicable legislation, refraining from using the page for activities contrary to the law, morality and good customs, or the rights and interests of third parties.

The sale underlying each order placed by the Customer is made under reservation of title, so that the products are the property of NATURE HEALS until the amount due is effectively and fully paid.

NATURE HEALS takes into account information regarding the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions shared by its suppliers, and photographs that illustrate the products sold.
Although we strive to be as accurate as possible, product images and photographs are illustrative. Customers should consider the possibility of color and shape differences, which may also be due to their monitor and web browser. Price Information
The retail prices indicated in the online store are displayed in euros (€) and are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal rate in force, which will always be included in our prices.

Product Selection
