    Do not use this product if you are allergic to algae or fish products, if you are intolerant to any of its ingredients, or as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Dosage and administration
    Take 1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal containing a healthy fat (such as organic extra virgin olive oil). If necessary, take 2 to 3 capsules per day, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. For those unable to swallow softgels, they may be pierced and squeezed into soup, yogurt, or other food, as the product is not affected by oxidation.
