    Ingredients: Silicium G5 Siliplant consists of: purified water, silicic acid, horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense L.), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.). Per dose: Silicic acid: 30 mg.
    Horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense, L.): 15 mg.
    Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis, L.): 7.5 mg.
  • Warnings
    Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, below 25°C. Original 1-litre Silicium G5 mineral is a supplement and does not replace a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Dosage and administration
    For a maintenance dose, it is recommended to consume 30 ml daily, divided into two 15 ml doses, the first on an empty stomach and the second 15 minutes before lunch.

    For a more intensive dose, it is recommended to take between 60 and 90 ml per day, divided into two or three 30 ml servings per day. In this case, take one in the morning, on an empty stomach, and the other two with other meals, fifteen minutes before.
