    - Zinc - 1.5 mg /4.5 mg (15% VRN / 45% VRN)
    - Copper - 0.15 mg / 0.45 mg (15% NRV / 45% NRV)

    Ingredients: Water; stabilizers: phosphoric acid, xylitol; silicic acid; zinc gluconate; nettle extract (leaf - Urtica dioica); copper gluconate; grapefruit extract (seeds and pulp - Citrus maxima Merr.); flavorings.

    Use during pregnancy and lactation: Only after guidance from a healthcare professional.
    Silicon can amplify the action of other substances ingested concomitantly.
    Dietary Supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to have a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid prolonged contact with the bottle. Store at room temperature and away from sunlight (no refrigeration or heat).
  • Dosage and administration
    [Oral Use] Shake before use (invert the bottle once). Take in the morning on an empty stomach. Under 50 years old: 15 ml/day.
    Over 50 years old: 45 ml/day for one week (starting effect), then switch to 15 ml/day.
    It is recommended to take for 3 months.
