How can an excess of intestinal permeability affect us?

• Turmeric is a plant native to Asia recognized for its multiple health benefits. Its main active compound, curcumin, is responsible for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as its characteristic orange/yellow color. Turmeric helps maintain the effectiveness of the immune system and strengthen resistance against allergies, in addition to supporting digestive and liver function.
• Trans-resveratrol and quercetin are natural compounds with antioxidant properties that help neutralize free radicals and contribute to cellular protection against oxidative stress. Trans-resveratrol, a polyphenol, is found mainly in grape skins, red wine, and some nuts, while quercetin, a flavonoid, is present in fruits such as apples and citrus fruits, vegetables like onions, and green tea.
