  • Dosage and administration
    Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) up to 3 times daily. It's recommended to start with a smaller dose (1 teaspoon) and gradually increase as your body adapts. High doses can cause gastrointestinal discomfort, especially if taken on an empty stomach.

    It can be mixed with drinks or foods, such as coffee, smoothies, yogurt, or soups. It is not recommended for cooking at high temperatures (above 160°C) due to its low smoke point.
