Storage:

Once opened, the product must be used within a maximum of 8 weeks.
Once prepared, keep the product covered and consume within a maximum of 6 hours at room temperature or within a maximum of 24 hours if refrigerated.
Discard any product prepared with hot or heated liquids that has not been consumed in its entirety at the time of preparation.
Dosage and administration

Preparation:
OPTIFIBRE is easy to include in your daily routine. Thanks to its neutral taste, it is very versatile and can be added to drinks or food, cold or hot, without altering their taste, texture, or smell.
Easy to prepare! In liquids, add 1 measuring scoop (5g) to 200ml and stir. In solid foods, mix the powder into 150g of food. Stir until completely dissolved. Do not use carbonated drinks or sparkling water and use only the measuring scoop included inside for correct dosage.
Recommended daily dose:
Get the most out of it: 3 to 4 scoops/day or the dose recommended by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 25g/day - 5 daily doses.
