    - 30 mg Caraway
    - 5 mg Ingredients: Vegetable oil: Brassica napus* (Rapeseed); Gelatin* (Gelatin); Glycerin* (Glycerin); Essential oils: Citrus reticulata* (Mandarin), Lavandula angustifolia* (Lavender), Carum carvi* (Caraway); Antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract. *Ingredient from organic farming (Control Certisys-BE-BIO-01)

  • Warnings
    Keep out of reach of small children.

    Do not take for more than 14 days.

    It is recommended to seek advice from a healthcare professional.

    Stay away from any sources of heat and light.

    Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children under 12 years of age.
  • Dosage and administration
    Stress, anxiety: 1 capsule 3 times a day for 10 days. To improve sleep quality: 2-3 capsules half an hour before bedtime.

    Can be taken continuously.

    Can be safely combined with other medications (anxiolytics, antidepressants), often allowing for a reduction in the dosage of these drugs (medical supervision is important).
