Dosage and administration

Dosage: Place 2 drops on a neutral support 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 6 drops - 220 mg

<strong>Tip:</strong> "Formula to increase natural defenses during winter: In a 10 ml bottle: 150 drops of Ravintsara + 70 drops of Eucalyptus radiata + 35 drops of Laurel + 35 drops of Niaulí.
Diffusion: A few drops of synergy in any type of essential oil diffuser.
