This homeopathic supplement helps the body, weakened by states of exhaustion, to find peace and replenish its energy reserves through restful sleep. Mental and physical exhaustion is specifically addressed by the natural ingredient Acidum phosphoricum, which in combination with Sepia officinalis has also proven effective for mental distress, sleep disorders, and a tendency toward headaches. Another homeopathic component of Nervoheel® N, Strychnos ignatii, affects nervous disorders and mood states. Sleep disorders resulting from states of exhaustion are regulated by Kalium bromatum and Zincum isovalerianicum, which improve sleep quality and contribute to the relaxation of the vegetative nervous system.
