Properties and benefits of Lactate
Fenugreek and fennel aid in the production and secretion of breast milk. Fenugreek helps balance the menstrual cycle after childbirth; helps maintain normal blood glucose levels; and helps balance fat metabolism.

Recommended for: lacto-ovo vegetarians.
