L-Glutamine 100g - Sura Vitasan

Sura Vitasan L-Glutamine 100g

Food supplement from Sura Vitasan based on L-glutamine in its free and natural form for greater absorption.

It facilitates muscle energy production and improves the body's immune function. It is very useful for athletes. It also reduces the desire to consume alcoholic beverages, which makes it ideal for cases of alcoholism.

It is the most abundant naturally occurring non-essential amino acid in the body and can be derived from glutamic acid, another member of the amino acid family.

Both this amino acid and glutamic acid can be found in protein-rich foods. For example, red meat, nuts, and fish. Different body tissues have different needs for this amino acid, with the most avid consumers being intestinal cells, while muscles are its major producers.
