Description

HAWA DREN 500ml - Hawa Pharma

Boosts the elimination of toxins and purifies the organism.

The terminology “drainage” originated in the French schools, with Nebel, Rouy, Vannier, and Valnet as precursors, and Max Tetau, Claude Bergeret, and Henri Leclerc as promoters of the basic principles, applying them systematically in clinical practice.1 Drainage aims to stimulate organic “emunctories”: skin, kidneys, lungs, and intestines (liver/pancreas). Although it has a strong connotation with homeopathy, its adoption in phytotherapy has translated into a constant and fundamental practice, with the aim of promoting the elimination of toxic substances (catabolites),2 which block normal biochemical-physiological processes, in order to promote homeostasis, with the recovery of normal metabolic pathways towards balance, directly allowing a recovery of physical and psychic well-being, but also contributing to modifying the “constitutional terrain”,2 in order to allow an optimized action of other substances and techniques used in non-conventional therapies.

Drainage fundamentally involves broad-spectrum synergistic processes, in a multitude of metabolic effects capable of restoring the balance of organic hormesis, stabilizing the organism towards an optimization of receptivity for the effective capacity of preventive and therapeutic processes using phytotherapy (food supplementation with medicinal plants); and other substances with nutritional activity.

Although the principles of drainage do not strictly relate to weight loss, over the last 15 years a series of products called “drainers” have been introduced in the national market—a fact that is practically non-existent outside the country—whose main objective is slimming. Due to the use of substances that reduce water accumulation, these products often make this goal possible, although with little evidence.

Sometimes these products contain in their composition thermogenic substances, lipid oxidation inducers, carbohydrate absorption inhibitors, etc. In reality, in these cases, the term “drainer” is completely inadequate, because their only objective is slimming.

“Drainage” is, therefore, associated with the elimination of toxic chemicals (drugs, additives, etc.), heavy metals, endotoxins and exotoxins, and metabolites originating from food and altered metabolic homeostasis.
