Hawa digest is composed of the following ingredients with positive synergistic activity: Digestive enzyme complex, containing alpha-amylase, neutral protease, lipase, cellulase and lactase, from Aspergillus oryzae, Trichoderma longibrachiatum and Bacillus licheniformis, and papain (proteolytic enzyme).
This complex is essential for the hydrolysis of carbohydrate macromolecules (starch), protein, glycerides (lipids), lactase and some food cellulase, particularly when there is a need for a high intake of food, and (or) there are disorders in the digestive processes.1 The added Lecithin (phospholipids) contributes to the emulsion (formation of glyceride micelles) for subsequent hydrolysis by lipase, with formation of glycerol and dispersion of fatty acids.
