Curiosities
Soursop (Annona muricata) is a small plant native to Central America, well-known for its fruit. Although common in South America, Soursop grows easily in other tropical and subtropical countries in Africa and Asia. In the wild, this plant can reach 6 meters in height, as it does in the Caribbean. The Soursop fruit is rich in essential nutrients, particularly minerals such as calcium, iron, and phosphorus. Currently, the largest Soursop producers are Mexico, Brazil, and Venezuela.
