ERGY NATAL is a formula specially adapted to meet the nutritional needs of the expectant mother.

ERGY NATAL is particularly rich in:

• zinc, which supports fertility,
• vitamin B9, which supports maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and normal blood formation,
• iodine and vitamin D, which contribute to the proper growth of the child,
• iron, which contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin in the blood,
• vitamins B and C, iron, and magnesium, which help to reduce fatigue,
• chromium, which plays a role in maintaining blood sugar levels.

The ERGY NATAL formula has been optimized by the addition of methylated vitamins B9 and B12, an active form for better assimilation. Reformulated in a vegetable capsule, ERGY NATAL is guaranteed to be free from colorings, preservatives, and allergens.

The consumption of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by the mother contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain of the fetus and the breastfed infant.

The beneficial effect is obtained through the consumption of 200 mg of DHA per day, in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e., 250 mg of DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
