Our brain is composed of 50 to 60% fat, specifically 25% phospholipids, which are key components, along with DHA (from the omega-3 family), of neuronal membranes. DHA is the essential nutritional factor for cognitive function.

ERGYFOSFORYL contains marine phospholipids, fish oils rich in omega-3, specifically DHA, as well as vitamin cofactors.

DHA supports normal brain function, especially cognitive functions.

ERGYFOSFORYL is also rich in vitamin B5, which contributes to normal intellectual performance and helps with the synthesis and proper metabolism of certain neurotransmitters.

When is it recommended?
ERGYFOSFORYL may be recommended during periods of intense and continuous intellectual effort, and for seniors to support cognitive functions.
