Small capsule (size 3) for easy swallowing, suitable for children and adults who have trouble swallowing capsules. Although this multivitamin is formulated with children in mind, it may also be ideal for adults who struggle with swallowing supplements.

Now with vitamins C, K1 and K2, potassium iodide, increased vitamin D, active forms of vitamins B2, B6, B12 and folate.

Vitamin C is excluded from this selection on purpose - in order to reduce the potential for excessive iron absorption.

  • Dosage and administration
    For children 1 to 3 years of age: 1 capsule per day mixed in food or drink;
