BioActivo Melatonin by Pharma Nord is a dietary supplement that contains, in each tablet, 1 mg of melatonin and 10 mg of vitamin B3.

Vitamin B3 (also called niacin) is present in BioActivo Melatonin because it contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, including brain and psychological functions. To produce this vitamin, the body needs tryptophan, an amino acid precursor in the synthesis of melatonin. Adding 10 mg of niacin "saves" the body 600 mg of tryptophan, which is fully available for melatonin production. Take BioActivo Melatonin half an hour before bed. The effect of BioActivo Melatonin can be enhanced when taken every night at the same time.
