Activated Charcoal 300mg 50vcap - KIKI HEALTH

Activated charcoal is produced from coconuts that have been highly purified with steam to remove any contaminants for use as a food-grade active ingredient.

It's a finely ground powder (5-10 microns) that provides a large surface area for absorbing unwanted substances. When taken orally or applied to teeth or skin, it acts like a sponge to absorb contaminants.

Activated charcoal helps reduce excessive flatulence after eating.

The beneficial effect is obtained with 1 g, which should be taken at least 30 minutes before and 1 g immediately after a meal.

Activated Charcoal Capsules are also available in powder form.

Dosage and administration

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 to 4 capsules after meals, 3 times a day with water.

To obtain the beneficial effect of reducing excessive flatulence after eating, take at least 1g (4 capsules) at least 30 minutes before and 1g (4 capsules) immediately after the meal.

Caution: Activated charcoal is good at binding chemicals and preventing their absorption, so it is advisable to take activated charcoal at least one hour after any medications or dietary supplements you take orally.
