The 3-Salt Zinc 9 mg is a unique combination of three high-quality, bioavailable organic zinc compounds (zinc picolinate, zinc bisglycinate, and zinc malate). The careful selection of these zinc salts was carried out by our in-house product development team. In addition to the well-recognized zinc picolinate and zinc bisglycinate, zinc malate, the salt of malic acid, was also chosen. Being well-tolerated and correctly dosed, it is suitable for daily zinc supplementation for both young people and adults.
The low daily dose of 9 mg also takes into account children and adolescents, whose requirements are lower than those of adults. This mineral is essential: the versatile zinc is involved in over 300 enzyme systems and, therefore, supports various immune system functions. Furthermore, it is involved in the maintenance of skin, hair, and nails, and protects cells against oxidative stress. This micronutrient preparation is also distinguished by the excellent solubility profile of the three zinc compounds used.
