    The daily dose of EPA+DHA should not exceed 5 g.

    Store in a dry place, away from direct light, and at a maximum temperature of 25°C. Do not freeze and keep out of the reach of children.

    No gluten, lactose, artificial colors, soy, bovine gelatin, binders, fillers, or sugars.
  • Dosage and administration
    Take 1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal containing a healthy fat (such as organic extra virgin olive oil). If necessary, take 2 to 3 capsules per day, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. For those who cannot swallow softgels, they may be pierced and squeezed into soup, yogurt, or other food, as the product is not affected by oxidation.
