Each daily dose of this supplement provides 120 µg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 and 1,000 IU of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), formulated in a medium-chain triglyceride matrix. This combination of nutrients is essential for maintaining bone health.
