Omni Lactis® Butyrate 500 provides high-quality calcium butyrate, the salt of the short-chain fatty acid butyric acid. This is naturally produced in the large intestine during the fermentation of dietary fiber as a metabolic byproduct of intestinal bacteria.

This modern formulation was developed for people who want to supplement their diet in a targeted way with butyric acid.

The calcium butyrate in this product, obtained from the branded raw material ButiShield™, is produced using the innovative MicroPEARLS™ technology. This technology protects the raw material, reduces the characteristic odor of butyric acid, and allows for targeted release in the intestine.
