Vital Capilar by Sura Vitasan provides an adequate combination of phytonutrients from pumpkin seed oil, sabal, horsetail, flaxseed, nettle, grape seed, green tea and apple extract along with a multivitamin complex; in addition to essential fatty acids such as EPA, DHA and GLA from evening primrose oil and L-taurine.

The biotin in this supplement contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin. Vitamins B2 and B3 help maintain normal skin conditions. Finally, vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine.
