Lavender Latifolia Essential Oil - Pranarôm

This aerial plant (Broad-leaved Lavender) favors the low mountains of southern Europe and calcareous soils, is cold-sensitive, and features pale violet flowers arranged in loose spikes at the tips of long stems. Its flowering and harvest occur later than those of true lavender. This lavender provides an essential oil known as an "emergency" oil, as it is "miraculous" for almost instantly soothing and healing severe burns and wasp stings. If it were only necessary for such circumstances, it would have been demonstrated that aromatherapy is a complete form of medicine.
