Lamberts Glucosamine Complete 120 tablets for healthy joints
This supplement features a high-concentration formula of glucosamine and chondroitin that also provides potent levels of other nutrients. Each ingredient was selected based on its distinct but complementary functions and is presented in nutritionally relevant levels.
Three tablets provide 1,400 mg of glucosamine sulfate, the level used in many studies, as well as 330 mg of chondroitin sulfate (see note below) and 150 mg of MSM per daily dose. The powerful bioflavonoid quercetin was included at a potent 50 mg, plus 1,200 mg of ginger (as a concentrated extract), as well as 400 mg of rosehips. There are few, if any, combination formulas that provide these potencies in a single formula.
Chondroitin mislabeling : Many companies use a supplement that contains only 20% chondroitin, but label it as if it were 100% chondroitin. Therefore, a supplement labeled as '400mg chondroitin sulfate' usually contains only 80mg of chondroitin.
This supplement uses 330 mg of a 90% chondroitin sulfate preparation (per 3 tablets) to provide 300 mg of pure chondroitin.
