Bach Original Flower Remedies are natural essences prepared from flowers, wild trees, and spring water that help restore emotional balance. Each essence is associated with an emotion and its respective positive effect.

For tireless people who persist and never stop, even when exhausted. They work too much and hide their fatigue, potentially suffering from burnout stress and physical or nervous breakdowns. They feel incapable of asking for help or showing weakness, insisting they can do everything alone until the very end, also for fear of disappointing others.

Dosage and administration

Glass of Water Method:
• In case of temporary moods or passing problems:
- Put 2 drops of each floral remedy in a glass of water and take small sips until you feel relieved.
• For more prolonged problems:
- Drink the contents of the glass throughout the day, divided into at least 4 doses.
- You should keep the glass in a cool place, for example in the fridge, and prepare a new one each day.

Direct Method:
• With the dropper, apply 2 drops directly onto the tongue.

Treatment Bottle Method:
Indicated for more chronic problems, this is the most economical method as your floral remedies will last longer.

• In an empty 30ml dropper bottle, add 2 drops of each desired floral remedy and fill the rest of the bottle with mineral water.
• From this bottle, take 4 drops at least 4 times a day, either in a glass of water or directly on the tongue.
• Treatment bottles preserve their properties for 2 or 3 weeks if kept in a cool place, such as the fridge.
- If you do not have the opportunity to keep them refrigerated, add a teaspoon of brandy before adding the mineral water, as this will help the water remain stable.
- If you prefer, you may use apple cider vinegar or glycerin instead of brandy.

In any of the methods presented, an "emergency" formula can be prepared for more critical situations or difficult periods of crisis. To do this, simply double the recommended dose, i.e., put 4 drops of each floral remedy instead of two.
