    Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the expiry date has passed. Store in a cool, dry place. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
  • Dosage and administration
    Glass of Water Method:
    • In case of temporary moods or passing problems:
    - Put 2 drops of each flower essence into a glass of water and take in small sips until you feel relieved.
    • For more prolonged problems:
    - Drink the contents of the glass throughout the day, divided into at least 4 doses.
    - You should keep the glass in a cool place, such as the refrigerator, and prepare a new one each day.

    Direct Method:
    • Using the dropper, apply 2 drops directly onto the tongue.

    Treatment Bottle Method:
    Indicated for more chronic problems, this is the most economical method as your flower essences will last longer.

    • In an empty 30ml dropper bottle, add 2 drops of each desired flower essence, filling the rest of the bottle with mineral water.
    • From this bottle, take 4 drops, at least 4 times a day, either in a glass of water or directly onto the tongue.
    • Treatment Bottles retain their properties for 2 or 3 weeks if you keep them in a cool place, such as the refrigerator.
    - If you do not have the opportunity to keep them refrigerated, add a teaspoon of brandy before adding the mineral water, as this will help keep the water sound.
    - If you prefer, you can use apple cider vinegar or glycerin instead of brandy.

    In any of the presented methods, an "emergency" formula can be prepared for more critical situations or difficult periods of crisis. To do so, simply double the recommended dose, i.e., put 4 drops of each flower essence instead of two.
