It is recommended to apply one to two sprays per day under the tongue. The nebulization provides approximately 0.5 mg of melatonin.
The sublingual spray formulation is practical, easy to dose, and ensures rapid absorption. The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg, shortly before bedtime, on the first day of the trip and a few days after arrival at the destination.
