Resolutivo Regium by Dietmed is a natural product composed exclusively of concentrated plant-based hydrosols, with a plant concentrate notable for its marked diuretic action, such as Horsetail and Nopal. It acts on stones or calculi of various origins (renal, hepatic, and vesicular). It offers a depurative action and reduces uric acid. Useful for the symptomatic relief of urological and renal problems. Since it promotes the proper functioning of the kidneys, liver, gallbladder, and circulatory system, it encourages the breakdown of stones into fine grains that are easily eliminated without causing pain.

It is, therefore, composed of several ingredients with the following properties:

• Sandwort (Arenaria rubra): promotes the dissolution and expulsion of kidney stones and increases the elimination of uric acid. Recognized for stimulating diuresis;
• Boldo: acts as a urinary tract disinfectant. Has anti-inflammatory and antipyretic action and is used as a bile stimulant;
• Horsetail: indicated for various urinary conditions or pathologies (E. coli, gout, nephrolithiasis, among others);
• Couch Grass: anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antibacterial action in cases of urinary and digestive disorders;
• Lemon Balm: known for its bacteriostatic and fungistatic activity, as well as its sedative properties on the central nervous system;
• Nopal (Prickly Pear): Diuretic and spasmolytic action. It is traditionally recommended for cases of cystitis and gastrointestinal spasms;
• Mountain Ironwort (Rabo de Gato): Antibacterial, with recognized effectiveness against microorganisms.
