Its composition based on Passionflower, Valerian, Hops, and Biotin is beneficial for:

promoting natural and restorative sleep;
being effective against anxiety;
nervous system imbalances;
reducing the sensation of pain.

Per 1 tablet:
Hops (containing at least 4% rutosides) - 150mg;
Passion flower - 150mg;
Valerian (containing at least 0.6% sesquiterpenes) - 150mg;
Biotin - 25µg (50% NRV*).

Per 4 tablets:
Hops (containing at least 4% rutosides) - 600mg;
Passion flower - 600mg;
Valerian (containing at least 0.6% sesquiterpenes) - 600mg;
Biotin - 100µg (200% NRV*).

Warnings

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, due to the presence of hops.
Not recommended in cases of hyperestrogenism.
Do not combine with alcoholic beverages or sedative or antihistamine medications.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Dosage and administration

During the day, as a calming agent: 1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably before meals.
At night, for natural sleep: 2 tablets before bedtime.
