Dosage and administration

Take 2 capsules a day, 1 with your 2 main meals.

Alternatively, you can take the 2 capsules during a main meal.
Take with at least 1 or 2 glasses of water.

Berberis aristata (Thornberry; dry root extract containing Berberine), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), choline bitartrate, Reducose™ (Morus alba, dry leaf extract), Cynara scolymus (Artichoke; dry plant extract containing at least 5% cynarin), humectant: dicalcium phosphate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable capsule: red iron oxide (colorant), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, chromium chloride.
