For hundreds of years, oregano oil has been known as one of the strongest and most beneficial essential oils. This plant can be found on kitchen shelves and in cookbooks around the world, as its versatile flavor complements a variety of cuisines. Extracted from the fragrant leaves of the oregano plant, Origanum vulgare, the main chemical component of this plant is carvacol, a phenol, which makes oregano oil one of the most diverse and powerful essential oils. Applied topically, oregano oil should be diluted with a carrier oil.

How to Use

Aromatically :
- Use three or four drops in a diffuser to boost your immune system and eliminate environmental threats.
Internally :
- Take one drop in a vegetable capsule or dilute in 120 ml of water.
- Add 2 to 5 drops to a bottle of olive oil (75 cl) for tasty and healthy stir-fries and seasonings.
Topically :
- Apply one or two drops to the desired area. Always dilute with dōTERRA coconut oil.
- To strengthen the immune system and prevent flu and colds, apply one drop to the soles of your feet daily.
