NoordCode Pure Coffee Light Roast Ground is a 100% Arabica Bourbon variety, single-origin from the "Califórnia" farm in Brazil. This farm is Rainforest Alliance certified. The Rainforest Alliance sets requirements regarding environmental and social standards and employs a mandatory approach to identify, monitor, and address risks such as child labor.

Pure Quality and Delicious Taste

We wanted a European coffee that was free of toxins or mold and had an excellent taste. After a long journey, we ended up at a coffee roasting company in Slovakia that has won many awards. They believe that partnerships with coffee farms must be sustainable and consistently offer a win-win situation to last.

We visited the roasting company several times to taste different coffee varieties, fermentation methods, and roast profiles. Finally, we chose the Arabica coffee from the 'Califórnia' farm in Brazil. This coffee has a cupping score of 88.5.

Ethiopian-style fermentation and slow roasting ensure the flavor is ideal, without any bitterness or burnt taste. To maintain the same consistent flavor in every batch, our roasting process is a mix of traditional cupping by master roasters and scientific sampling with a roast profile. The roasting process is optimized according to the latest scientific research and European standards. We take into account many factors that affect quality: climate, bean temperature, and even humidity.

The natural processing method ensures lower acidity and more sweetness, with a perfect combination of dark chocolate and nutty flavors.

We do not do dark roasts, like most commercial coffees, which really try to cover up the flaws of low-quality beans. By over-roasting, the coffee gets a strong flavor that hides toxins and oxidation. NoordCode Pure Coffee Light Roast Ground is ideally roasted, and you will notice the difference.
