For your speed: The daily intake of 3 g of creatine increases physical performance during speed training in the context of intense, short-term physical activity.

For your muscles: Potassium, calcium and magnesium support normal muscle function. Proteins support the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine are components of proteins and are mainly found in skeletal and cardiac muscle.

For energy metabolism: Folic acid, riboflavin, vitamin B12 and iron help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Thiamine, manganese and magnesium support normal energy metabolism. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism (proteins, carbohydrates and fats) and to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.
