How to Use
Aromatically : - Diffuse three to four drops in a diffuser to freshen and purify the air. - Place a drop in the palm of your hands, rub together and inhale for more energy. - Open the bottle and inhale deeply to improve your mood.
Internally : - Put one drop in a glass of water, 30 minutes before meals for easier digestion. - Drink water with a few drops of lemon essential oil throughout the day for a detoxifying and antioxidant effect. - Add lemon essential oil to your favorite desserts.
