Thorne’s Advanced Iron Complex combines chelated iron bisglycinate, a more easily absorbed form that does not cause constipation, with the active forms of vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5’-phosphate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), and folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate). Vitamin C has also been added to enhance iron absorption.
